This is your opportunity to express your strong support for the Framework for Existing Building Electrification plan: a plan that will set up the long-term infrastructure needed to make building electrification more affordable and accessible for all San José residents. The Council will also vote on Carbon Neutral by 2030 and the Parking Policy/Transportation Demand Management Ordinance.
